"This was our third time staying at Kings Manor and we love it. The location is great as you are out of town but the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We love that we can park the car and then not use it again the whole time we are there. The bus system in Edinburgh works really well! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We also love the pool area. The hotel needs a little updating but it doesn't affect the stay there at all. Our only little complaint this time is that the breakfast wasn't as fresh or as good as usual and it seemed there wasn't enough staff on to cook the food fresh. It had been sitting there a while when we ate it. Also, we used to get fresh coffee or tea at the table, but now it's from a machine which isn't as good. The water is never hot enough. But the staff there were super friendly and were always ready to get anything needed. We really love staying here and will definitely be back again!"
