"It is a dream hotel and looks exactly like pictures. The front door looks like a parking garage entry with a small pedestrian door inside, located right off the traffic circle. We texted the hotel as requested and they came to collect us. "Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. Will definitely be back to Naples and will definitely consider staying again!"

"Salvatore and Ruben at the front desk were extremely helpful. Salvatore was welcoming, patient, efficient and very customer oriented when we arrived on the first day, answering all my questions. "I have the double room booked. It felt like a really cool hotel room but with incredible amenities. The staff was as always engaging with the guests, pasta night, beer pong etc ... It was cool that there was someone there 24hrs a day and there is a kitchen downstairs also open 24hrs that was stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta which is completely complimentary...that's correct it's complimentary. I'm generally not a hostel type person BUT this is one place in Naples you got to stay...
