"Room was nice and spacious. Beds were so so not comfy but not terrible either. The location was perfect. Breakfast was good and the hours they offered were amazing. Was beautiful that the parking was free. "

"It’s good but all staff weren’t very friendly. Extremely noisy. You can hear cars on the street very clearly and the walls are very thin. I stayed in a room with a door connecting to another room and there was a child screaming at the top of her lungs. I had to knock on their door to check if everything was ok. The fridge in my room made a very loud noise that I had to unplug it. The elevator rumbled and it seemed that it was going to get stuck. Breakfast was great though. "

"The owner was very nice and it is obvious. She put a lot of effort into the rooms in the rooms. The first night was wonderful. The bedding was so comfortable. Everything was great. Bottom line, it is a shared situation. People arrived talking at 3/2 AM and continued to talk For over 30 minutes."

"The Jewel of Ortega is just that, a jewel! My multi generational family really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen and bbq made our holiday meals delightful and the two long dining room tables that were set up side by side offered flexibility for seating. So many little quiet seating spots outside to relax in. We had so much fun swimming and playing on the basketball court. We tried our hand at pickleball and enjoyed the poker table.
