"We were nervous arriving at this hotel as some reviews were horrific! We were delighted to find that the room and en-suite bathroom were absolutely spotless. Yes, the stairs are a bit grubby and *very* steep but so were every other stairs we came across in Amsterdam. Yes, the beds are probably narrower and closer together than some other hotels, but they were absolutely clean and combined with the fantastic location we were delighted at this find. "Loved Bob W. Stunning apartment complex, really good location - only a few stops on the bus to Amsterdam Centraal. The bus stop is right around the corner not even 2 minutes walk. I loved the little touches in the room like the stickers, the tote bag and the lil Polaroid camera that you can use and keep the pics (not the camera ofc so don’t pinch it 😉). "I enjoyed my stay, it's an old building so I didn't expect much from an old building in Amsterdam. If you've been to Amsterdam then you know of the steep staircases and thin hallways but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. For the price I paid for being so close to the central train station I am satisfied. "

"Fantastic hotel. Stayed in a buggy bunk up room with 2 kids agee 10 and 11 and it was brilliant. Great location, couple mins walk from tram stop and tram takes under 10 mins from centraal station. Beautiful hotel, they have thought of everything and care about their guests. We didn’t have breakfast included but paid for it one morning, great quality. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again. "
