"The Sofitel Munich Bayerpost is a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay there, but it falls short of being a 5-star place. The location is great, right next to the train station (S-bahn) and walkable to Old Town in the centre of Munich. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave me a room upgrade (my first room was in the cold, far corner of the building). The Spa is wonderful. Great sauna and steam room.
