"It is a bit unfair to label all of the staff as poor. The front desk staff was excellent in every aspect. It was the incredibly poor service in the restaurant that earned the poor rating. "Close to train station about 20 minute walk to Marienplatz. Hotel is very nice, comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Dinner there was excellent. However the area is very dirty, sleazy and feels unsafe. Street drinking and drug deals in broad daylight. "

"Loved the hotel overall, no complaints. The only strange thing we encountered was the way the bedding was made. very odd as the undersheet only covered about 2/3 of the bed. The bed cover also covered only 2/3 of the bed. The sheets were also angled. No idea if that was the intent, but certainly not right."
