"Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist ausgezeichnet. Auch der online Check in war easy und der Empfang an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind trotz Straßenlage sehr ruhig. Ganz ausgezeichnet war auch das Frühstück und die dortige Bedienung, leider wurde uns ein anderer Preis als auf der Hotels.com Seite angezeigt, in Rechnung gestellt. Schade, dass wir es nicht vorgebucht hatten. "

"We stayed for 7 days at the start of Oktoberfest, which means an extra 4 million people in the city and its chaos but this place was ready and did a great job. Our room was ready when we arrived, it was super clean and perfect little studio apartment for us two. It’s super close to everything, a block from the main train station where there’s easy access to transportation and there’s a million restaurants nearby. "We had previously stayed at the property that’s a few blocks away Hotel Cocoon Hauptbahnhof and this one is definitely more worn and the surrounding area has adult entertainment and a sketch feel. Our travelmate tripped on a low stupid level change and had a nasty fall, luckily was not badly hurt. The step is marked but it’s such a low small step that it’s incredibly easily missed. The staff was very nice and helpful and we were glad not to have a hospital visit. Would choose Hotel Cocoon...

"Location is near to hbf and stadt but the street is very noisy specially in nights. The hotel is fine for one night stay but not recommend if someone is coming on vacation and would like to book it for comfort and fun. Major drawback- dirty bathrooms, shower not working and untidy bedsheets. I cannot recommend you this hotel."
