"We were looking for a place near Sedona and this home hit all the marks: Spacious room, pet friendly, and not too far from Sedona. Jeff was also very communicative. We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. "We really liked the property.It had enough of kitchen utensils and groceries to cook. The view of the backyard was beautiful. Only thing that was not satisfied was the cleanliness there was black small dots everywhere in the house like in couch, bed, even in floors. Don’t know what exactly it is it feels like a insect which is dead.Which got us little unsatisfied with the pricing with the insurance."
