Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. The staff is exceptional and when I told them about my severer seafood allergy they took excellent care to make me feel comfortable with the food. The bathrooms are luxurious and it felt like an oasis from the chaos of Mumbai. The fact that you can walk and see sunset on the Bay is an added Bonus"
