"The amenities provided by this hotel were much appreciated - from the in-room hot water dispenser that came with four kinds of coffee and two kinds of tea, public baths (separate for women and men), pajamas (one size), and welcome drinks every day, we enjoyed our stay at this 6-year-old property, which needless to say was in excellent condition with modern furnishings. It's a short walk to/from the Shin-Osaka station (Exit 4). While the surrounding is quiet and we were on the highest floor, we still heard the trains passing by throughout the night, but it did not impact us once we were asleep. The hotel was able to hold our luggage for us after we've checked out as well, for pick-up later in the day. I would recommend and definitely stay here again if coming to/leaving from Osaka by Shinkansen. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice and the amenities and breakfast was superb. Staff was nice and friendly. They helped us with shipping our luggage too. If you have tattoos like me (I have a whole sleeve), be ready to buy patches to cover them before you get in the onsen. It took us an hour to cover my arm up and an hour to remove. We spent about $60 worth of patches but rules are rules! Regardless, highly recommend and would come back again!"
