"Stayed for 6 nights with kids and was upgraded. The room was super clean, staff service was great. While the food was good options are limited. I didnt like the snack pool as it seems to require better care (was not clear/clean enough). But we really enjoyed our stay."

Condition of the hotel was average - could do with some slight renovations as a little outdated but if you are not looking to spend too much, this could suit you! From a deluxe villa to an apartment and was told I got it cheaper than what it's supposed to be but I guess they don't understand Platinum privileges on Expedia or Hotels.com and they don't work to international standards. No principle and professionalism and they have different prices for themselves than what you see on Expedia or Hotels.com. Was told to add money on top of what I paid on...

"Very valuable!! Clean and fresh and everything is well kept. Breakfast is not to big, but have enough to satisfy. Pool area is very nice and tidy. We will definitely book here again. "
