"The room was very small but really well designed and modern. The onsite parking was expensive and a little awkward with not elevator. They did have a baggage drop off area inside the garage on the main level that we discovered afterwards. The staff were great and happy to help with directions etc. "

"Excellent service checking in and room was clean. Only minor issues like the desk lamp having no bulb and second shower head broken but overall great room regardless. Very quiet area and plenty of off street parking with the overflow option into Wests."

"The staff were incredibly accomodating and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need and more. The rooftop bar is beautiful at sunset and breakfast downstairs in the morning was the cherry on top. Will definitely be back and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Newcastle. "
