"Hotel location is good, close to public transport and restaurants. Room is typical Japanese standard, on the small side. Room was centrally heated/controlled, so can't adjust. It is extremely warm for such a small room, had to open window slightly to cool. Do not recommend buffet breakfast at 1800 yen. Overall, it was good."

"Very big hotel with open calm spaces to relax and enjoy music and a buffet of coffee tea and small snacks - felt like I could really unwind. Just a small note that English is not a language the staff speaks, so need to brush up on a little Japanese or rely on those Google translators ! But all are eager to please, and it’s a pleasure to experience the politeness and customer care of their culture. Their dinners are very authentic and delicious. Onsens are wonderful with very clean atmosphere."

"The hotel is well located in Susakino, close to subway station. Room was spacious enough and very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and exceptionally so at the breakfast venue. The breakfast was diverse and catered to Japanese and Western cuisine. Very convenient for shopping and getting around. No complaints "
