"Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall. "

The second night I was satisfied because the food I ordered was what I ordered. The first night's food was cheaper than what I paid for and there was no apology or refund from anyone.
