"I’ve stayed here many times in recent months. It’s summer and property is crowded and a bit sloppy. Trash around. My room has bunched up carpet - dangerous - and a bad odor near closet. Refer did not have a freezer compartment like all the other rooms gave had. Couldn’t refreeze my ice pack. Rooms need microwaves. It’s a charming place but outdated. If minor issues were kept up on no need for a pricey remodel that would elevate rates. They are already too high for the quality. Great location....

"Very nice staff at check in and in the evening when we needed more coffee packs. The building is a older but rooms were clean and sp was the property. The only drawback is it can be noisy at certain times during the day. "

"We had a great experience at this property! The breakfast options were quick and plentiful, the rooftop garden seating area was delightful and the staff were friendly and helpful. As with nearly any city, there are areas in downtown where the houseless population can be a bit intimidating. Our host, Carlos, gave us a map with directions to area attractions as well as some advice on areas to avoid. We parked our car the day we arrived and either walked or took the MTS wherever we wanted to go...
