"This hotel is located in a relatively “remote area”, far from public transportation. The hotel provides shuttle bus to and from the train station. The management was very nice to arrange the service and to take care of the luggage. They do not hesitated to talk to you on any issues in emails. if you arrive earlier in a day. The guest room is spacious, maybe because the hotel was built many years ago. "

(The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart) When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist. I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes. They give you a convenient book that tells you the Bus station information desk can call them. But they didn't send this...

"Best view of Mt Fuji by the Lake and from your own room! The front desk manager was very helpful and made out stay even better. There is a convenient shop about 5mins walk acrosss the road."
