"This was an excellent and beautiful hotel with a very good breakfast buffet that had a full and wide selection of food every day."

"The room was very nice, although we were a little surprised about the open cistern (partially covered by plexi-glass) in the room. I guess that is what it means to be in a cave hotel! The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The room was a little dark, but we were able to open the doors to the outside if we needed more light. Front desk staff was super helpful. Just a comment that there are lots of stairs at this hotel, even if you use the elevator, so people with mobility issues should consider that."

"Mario has been helping us to navigate around the town and book transfer for us. He addresses us with our names and makes us feels like home in this old ancient city. We love our stay in Cenobio and the room is fantastic and clean. It's an experience to stay in a cave room"

"We did not have a car so do not recall parking options. There was plenty of parking just outside the plaza. Fantastic hotel and very central to all the action. Beautiful interior and excellent service from staff. Simple but very good breakfast each morning. "

"The location was the best we experienced in Puglia. It’s located in the Old Town right on the Adriatic. We had a roof top garden and balcony that overlooked the sea. The staff was very friendly and professional. The suites are not all located in the same building but their location added to the charm. Monopoli is a must place to stay. "
