The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. "Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. "Excellent location, new and clean apartment, which is a great option versus a standard hotel. The bed in our apt was very uncomfortable, it felt like a box spring mattress with a feather topper. Luckily there was a sleeper sofa that we made up and slept there. It was less bad. Very nice new place, just not very comfortable. "
