"After driving through a snowstorm to get to Wisconsin Rapids, we were thrilled to stay in the hotel for the evening and enjoy the homemade pizza at the Tavern, relax in the massage chairs in the lobby, and soak in the heat of the in room hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mead and will be back! "

" They are remodeling and the areas that are done are very nice. Those that are actively being worked on or not done give it kind of an eeiry vibe. The plus is that it's not crowded at all. The downside is that there isn't much staff and it feels like a ghost town. "

"I want everyone to know that this property has rectified the billing issue I had. I give them 10/10. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was more of an issue with the hotels.com website that it was with the University Inn. Hotels.com said the property was contacted about my issue. I have since found out this is not the case. Please disrgard my poor reviews as I was upset with hotels.com. Great place to stay. Great value!"
