We had a Beach Bungalow and it was right on the water and we could walk to all the restaurants and the front desk. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, credit to Tanisha, Yvete and everyone else working at Ladera, very pleasant people. The restaurant and food options were amazing. The games room was a brilliant way to spend a couple of hours. Unfortunately, our private pool experienced heating issues for several days which left it too hot to use at most times. The room service system had errors. But overall, a fantastic experience."
