"We had a great time. The property was lovely and the house was very comfortable and beautiful. There were lots of welcoming touches. Great property. We had a storm while we were there and lost power, and the host contacted the power company and kept us informed about when the power would come back on. "

"The property was good. After check in the TV would not work. The desk clerk came to the room and after a couple phone calls to Direct TV was able to reset the connection. That night the Heat/AC unit did not work well. Giving only minor heat at best. At check out the clerk said the temp on those only works at 85 degrees and higher? Okay?"

"Louisiana natives, our group returned to our home state to meet up for the holidays. This property represented all our LA favorites: clean and comfortable, a beautiful natural setting, and easy access to good food and fun. We enjoyed the peaceful water view and felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The game room was an added bonus for our kids and teens. "We had a great weekend in False River! For most of us, it was our first experience at an LSU game and needed a good place/location for the game. Ma Mamma’s is a great place for evening meal. Great food and perfect place to take a big group or just your special someone. The house was clean, spacious and provided everything and more for our group. I would definitely recommend this place for a great stay. Great communication by the owner too!!"
