They started mowing at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning. The breakfast was a joke, no plates, no juice except warm lemon water that tasted like lemon rind. The breakfast variety was very limited to just a few egg and cheese things folded together, sausage patties, nothing other than white milk. I even told the desk clerk and the lady working the breakfast area that was watching television in the main entrance that it was a joke.

The shower did not work. The fridge had a terrible stench, it was unplugged and the outlet was not easy to access. The baggage cart was difficult to manuver. No TV remote in the fitness center.

Disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com.
Cancelled my stay and lied to me about it. They told me hotels.com cancelled it. This left us without a room to stay in on a busy night in the city with little vacancies left. Hotels.com has yet to refund me.

Carpet and couch were filthy. Curtains were falling off the rod. No breakfast and cold lobby coffee. No hot water one day. Mold in closet. No light bulb in the shower and missing lamp shades. No toilet paper in room when we checked in. Certainly would not stay there again.

The room was decent as well as the interior of the hotel. There were several fans/dehumidifiers in the hallway. The room's toilet is loose and needs to caulked again after the subflooring is repaired.

Not good. Checked in on Sunday and was told Monday morning that they weren’t offering breakfast!! My room had not been vacuumed. There was a stir and white creamer spilled on the carpet when I checked in. My tv did not work. Finally on Monday afternoon I got a different room
