"We really enjoyed our stay, from booking to checkout the staff were attentive and helpful. I phoned to request a walk in shower for my elderly nan in 1 room and they sorted it straight away, also making sure we were in rooms next to each other. The bar was lovely, breakfast even better and the rooms had everything you could ask for, nothing had been left out with a lovely view on top. It was walkable to everything and we had a lovely stay. Only tiny downside is no parking, but that's what old...

"The hotel is well situated. Just a short walk to the beach or town. It is a perfect location to walk to venue Cymru. The staff are friendly and enjoy a chat but their service is not intrusive. "

"This was our second time here and they have dog friendly rooms. The lady at the front desk was friendly and upgraded us to a bigger room which was so much better than the one we had booked. It was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We dinner at Inn restaurant which had a lot of choice. Service again was good. They have new EV chargers which we made use of. "

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay at Tyn-y-Coed - the location is excellent for walking from the doorstep and the parking is great. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had good storage. The addition of a drying line in the bathroom is a super idea. We loved the styling of decor in reception and the bar/restaurant and enjoyed the Snowdon Lager on draught. We look forward to visiting again. "

Spa was great, pool sauna, steam room very nice too. We had an issue with the TV and staff did all they could to fix the problem, even brought in another TV and we could use apps more easily.
