"Jo Stephen are warm and welcoming, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is perfect for us, warm clean and cosy, a wonderful location, with the most magnificent views of the bay. The sunrise from bed this morning was incredible 💖 many thanks to Jo Stephen for looking after us during our stay, lots of tips on local knowledge. Carparking very convenient too. Lovely stay"

"A last min booking for new years eve! I booked a family room for myself , Hubby and 7 year old son. The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. After a lovely visit to the Copper mines we headed to the Coach house (less than 10 min drive) . At the property, we recieved a very warm welcome from the member of staff who showed us to our room. "Beautiful decorated room ,perfect temperature and plenty of room ,lovely hot shower with all the toiletries .The house was in a lovely quiet spot away from the busy part of Betswy-coed but only a few minutes walk away Breakfast was perfect and had a fantastic help yourself set up,loved the fridge idea for customers and fresh milk ready in the fridge. "What an elegant, well presented and comfortable house in which to stay! Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"My brother and i stayed here for the weekend. We were greeted warmly by the staff here, he was a really friendly and helpful person. The room was small but cosy. The location is second to none, a 10 minute walk to the centre of Llanberis. We had pizza here the 2nd evening and it was sublime. We also had a chance to meet the owner aswell, and she was lovely too. A really amazing place to stay."

"Lovely property in a great location. "

"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful!
