"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Dan he made an effort to speak to everyone while busy working. Hotel was lovely and clean loads of mirrors for every occasion from a shaving,full size,dressing table and more. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice also the food in the evening that we had was great the loaded chips were amazing Would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay"

"The hotel was lovely! It was so well done with stunning rooms, bar and restaurant. All staff were super helpful and friendly. Particularly the lady who served us as breakfast, she was so kind and great to chat to. Great location with beautiful views and easy access to walks in the surrounding area. "I arrived early but was able to access my room straight away. I was initially told that my room still had to be paid for but I had prepaid. This was resolved quickly however. The hotel is conveniently located on a regular bus route and I took the opportunity to visit Blaenau Ffestiniog 20 minutes away. The evening meal was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu. My room was fine and extremely comfortable. Some slight traffic noise as it was at the front of the property."
