"Clean and conveniently located. We have stayed here before. Good choice for a quick stay while traveling through. However, this time our room had a very unpleasant odor, reminiscent of mothballs. The vanity shelf and shower curtain rod were both falling off the wall. "

" Staff at Elk Inn gracious and friendly, extra pillows provided for spouse as requested. We were moved to another room as TV in original room was not working, room change was fine. Very quiet area. Local restaurant recommendation by staff for dinner was great. Accommodation price very reasonable, easy access to major highways and interstates, gas, restaurants, etc "

"The property is beautiful. I wish there had been more transparency about the road to get there. It’s dirt for the most part and not well kept at all. Was not expecting that at all. The house itself is lovely. Great stocked kitchen, bed was comfy. Water pressure was awful but that can be tolerated. I would stay again!"

"We had a wonderful weekend stay! The cabin was very clean upon arrival and we really enjoyed being so close to the stream. It was very peaceful and quiet. The owner was also very helpful in answering questions we had ahead of our arrival. We hope to be able to visit again. "
