"We stayed at this location due to the proximity to amenities, due to the lack of a vehicle. This area of Delta is very walkable with restaurants, grocery and Bustang just a block(s) away. Staff was on phone the entire check-in. Wrote the wrong room number on folio, didn't offer passes to Rec Center for pool or offer the WiFi password. The hotel could use a refresh, as it has seen it's day, but it is Delta and it was inexpensive. Worth the price and will stay again. Great "continental" breakfast...

"The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."
