We loved the hotel, the accommodating customer service, the super clean and quaint room, the location, the big thick towels offered up for the hot springs, the friendly dog park behind the hot, the pet friendly room, and most of all… the very sweet family run business. "This was the first time I have stayed at this property, and would do so again! Suzanne was there to greet my wife and I and showed us around, introducing us to the mixologist behind the bar, as well as the chef. Everyone working there was very nice and accommodating. The spa in the lower level was beautifully relaxing, and in the morning, the cold plunge was exhilarating! The dinner was the absolute best food I have ever consumed in Ouray!!! "Nice small town hotel. Staff was friendly! Had an issue with the heater in one room so we were switched with no problem. Nice to see Deer roaming around the property like they are guests as well. Keep the toilet paper at whole roll!"
