"We had a great stay. Felt safe. Good job explaining the parking. The only "complants " would be the stains on the rug and the poor seating in the living room. Oh ,and you can hear the train.But once you realize what it is it is fine. Great location! Great communication with the owners! Overall a great experience and I would stay here again! Thank you!"

"The cabin was just as described, beautiful. The location is perfect and the view gorgeous. Just a minute from the main road which easily took us to the tours, restaurants, etc., both north and south of the property. Our questions were answered quickly, and local info was provided which gave us some guidance regarding popular points of interest. We had a great time!"

"I feel fortunate to have found this pet-friendly property at the last minute (while demos were begun at my own home) and to have interacted so well with Lindsay from the get-go. In the end, I wound up staying two weeks at this home perched on a hill just above town but entirely private and secluded. "Pristine, well maintained, beautiful home (exactly as advertised). Amenities and location were perfect as our son goes to Ithaca and is an easy 10 minute car ride to the house. Be sure to read the fine print of the contract in an effort to avoid any issues as the owners are sensitive to extra people and cars parked at the house for any reason. "

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "
