It was my daughter and her boyfriend that stayed over the holidays. Overall their experience was not completely terrible, but they did end up moving rooms after a concern of possibly seeing a bed bug.. they were upgraded to a bigger suite and it was handled well. This was really the only major negative and I know that hotels and businesses struggle at times with managing something that is often beyond their control but just thought I would mention it.

The lobby has very warm and welcoming vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loves the location, inside decor and strong water pressure in shower. definitely a good memorable stay.

One night, the shower curtain pole was falling out of the wall, a screw was loose in the door lock, preventing it from being well locked and the tub had a lousy patch job. The staff was nice and took notes to get it repaired. On the return night, another room was fine. No problems.

This hotel is interesting the staff was nice and friendly but the rooms are disgusting. I wouldn’t even walk in the room without shoes on. The carpet was stained and pretty dirty. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the hall. I think there were guests with a family having some sort of party in the lobby. There were ill mannered kids running around the entire place. 0/10 would not recommend staying here.

Our room only had one lamp on one of the nightstands. It needed another one for the second nightstand. Also, none of the outlets for charging phones or pc were functionable. The outside parking area was dark. There wasn't any lighting on half of the building outside nor was there any lit signage for the hotel. We drove past the hotel twice before we saw the building.
