"I didn't like the first day we were there on Thursday because the pool had bugs in it. Although, the place overall was nice. I would say a 4pm check-in time made the elevator area crazy causing long wait times. Food was ok, but could never order room service due to the app being busy. The excuse was they turn the app to busy during rush times, but even outside of certain still couldnt order so went down to order/pick up food and there was no line.
