Enjoy beautiful Lake Conroe in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the gated community of April Sound. It is centrally located off Hwy 105 with easy access to restaurants and shopping. You can enjoy the breath-taking view of the water from the balcony while drinking your coffee or enjoying your favorite beverage. Stairs off the balcony take you right down to the water where you can tie off your boat or jet skis, or just play in the large green space below. Note: The entrance to Condo is is the 2nd floor of the building. You must climb stairs to enter the first floor of the condo. Long term stays available. Please inquire for price.

Kelly was super accomodating and friendly she even put our names on a welcome frame and prepared some snacks / beverages, the place was very neat and tidy and in close proximity of the lake. the only minor downside was the security at the gate, even though Kelly emailed our check in and check out dates to the security personnel they were still giving us a hard time everytime we tried to get in after initial check in

Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and our stay was memorable! It was a great, private location with a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was very comfortable and our stay, overall, was very relaxing. Only complaint was we just wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Amazing Easter weekend
It was so awesome, comfortable and relaxing! The property was extremely clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. The view of the lake is spectacular and picturesque. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels very safe. The beds were super comfortable, which is very important with my bad back. We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back. My husband, three teens and I stayed here for a weekend. The hosts were incredibly welcoming - they had a welcome sign with our names and the kids’ favorite snacks. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked out to the water. The location is very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Perfect lake retreat
We stayed here during a weekend at the Baseball Ranch. The condo was clean and very well stocked. Fabulous proximity to the lake where we relaxed on paddle boards after practice. The dogs loved all of the grass! Would definitely stay here again!
