"This is the second time that have stayed at this Resort. It was fabulous for both stays. The staff are absolutely lovely and accommodating. The food is delicious. The property is tucked into the rainforest and so beautiful, but it is hilly. The views from the rooms are spectacular!!"

"This place is top of the heap!! I have stayed at lots of quality resorts and this one is on top of the list.. check in was easy, room was awesome, food and restaurants were great and plentiful. You can get a golf cart to shuttle you around or walk.. the property is beautiful and has three resorts to wander thru to eat, get coffee, jump in the thermal baths, or go to one of their three spas.. its a must try and the people are also awesome!! "

"This property was amazing, literally one of the most beautiful properties that I have ever stayed at! The staff were so accomodating, especially given a reservation error . They had us check in, stated they would handle the problem with Expedia, and told us the most important thing is that we have a good time. AND THEY LIVED UP TO IT! "The host is wonderful! A few fresh fruits, snacks and waters welcomed up when we checked in. She was so prompt on getting back to us quickly. The property is up on a hill and we got many opportunities to sit out back enjoying the volcano view. The property has its own private gate to pull car in at night.
