"I have come to Masaya pool and hang out, but for the first i had the pleasure of staying in of the room fpr 5 days. It was clean, the staff is great and willing to help. Location is great specially if you dont want the parque lleras mess. Youn can take a 10 min walk to Provenza a lot of new food and eatary places in the area open till late"

"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."

"This is a SCAM, there is No way to Check in and a Fake phone number. Expedia/Hotels.com put me on hold indefinitley, and said that I would be charged. Go to a real hotel for the same price...Like Bolivariana Plaza... Don't let the website Steal your Money."

"Das Hostel ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Medellin mit kleinem Budget. Die Unterkunft ist recht sauber und sehr sicher, da 24h Personal vor Ort ist (sogar mit Nachtwächter). Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt hervorragend. Direkt vor und neben der Unterkunft befinden sich viele tolle Restaurants."
