"Internet was dismal. These rooms owned by private individuals have really outdated equipment and connection is really bad. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work. The bathroom had been closed for a while so it had a stale smell that was borderline overwhelming. Once ventilated it was ok. "I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. "This property never responded to inquiries and obviously I never got a key, saw the property or the neighborhood. Vrbo was contemptuous in how they dealt with me. "I loved everything about my stay here , first let me start by saying I'm a solo female traveler. So one thing I loved about this hotel was the security and location. I walked everywhere even the spa and momo nail salon 10 out of 10 . I even walked in the evening back from dinner and it was safe around 8:30ish . The hotel staff were wonderful , very helpful with places to eat and just in general. Now in regards to if the hotel is clean it is very clean , they come everyday to see if you have laundry and you will see them just cleaning the halls constantly. Like vacuuming, noise wise I did change rooms once due to me being on a Main Street and I didn't like that . I had zero issues sleeping . They do provide ear plugs but I never needed that . To be honest it doesn't get loud at all I was even here on a Friday and it was low key meaning noise wise . Breakfast was great so many types of fruit and good breakfast options that they make for you by request off the menu. My favorite was the vegan breakfast really flavorful. Yeah I would stay again definitely location, cleaning, service all great . "
