"Foi tranquilo, muito proximo ao centro da cidade. Mas nao é um hotel, eles alugam quartos como um motel o que gera uma rotatividade muito grande de pessoas "

"I stayed for 3 nights, and it was a pleasant stay in general! It's in a perfect location, a little more quieter than the most touristy part of Poblado. It has nice working areas and a patio with fast wifi, though I wish the chairs to be more comfortable and the patio to open till late as I tend to work at night (it closes around 10pm). The room, bathrooms, and the kitchen is clean, but they don't seem to clean the shower booth everyday (hairs, etc.)"

"First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....

"The place is amazing, I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Lucca, I would stay here for sure in future opportunities. The place is clean, stunning convenient, The hotel is super close to El Poblado, and you can easily get a cup or Uber to move in managing, The metro is walking distance."
