Villas in Monte Plata Province

"We brought family and friends to Villa Del Mar for a week long stay. We hosted our wedding at the villa as well. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. Omar, Joel, and Jose were so nice and helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding for 10 months prior to our arrival. She was great at communicating and she answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted for our big day. She also came to check in periodically during our stay....

"Pros:The property is beautiful.The location is close to the beach, freeway, stores, and restaurants.The caretakers were very nice and tried to take care of us to the best of their ability.Con’s:The living situation needs to be improved. There were times there was no hot water or electricity. For a place that big, they needed a generator or a better system to power the homes. Almost all rooms upstairs had little to no water pressure at certain times of the day. There was no gym in the premise....

"Very nice house and pool, panoramic view. Access road is steep, narrow with loose material, it was fortunate we had a four wheel drive vehicle, a 2 wheel drive car would have difficulty. I do not know how access would be in the case of rain. Our visit was spoilt by work on the neighboring lot, an excavator with a hydraulic hammer was used to break rock and the constant hammering made staying in the house during the working day (5 days, 8.30 to 5.30) most unpleasant, we found it necessary to go...

"We arrived Casa Bella after a less than stellar ride from the airport with a recommended driver from the owner. His driving was a bit erratic and fast. We were relieved to have made it! We were met by the property manager Francini who was reaching out to the community manager because the neighbors were having a very loud karaoke party by their pool. "In general, Casa Coco was a beautifully designed space with spacious rooms that accommodated our family. There were a few issues that I would like to address. In the master bedroom’s bathroom,there was no toilet paper holder and the toilet room always had a very intense ,unpleasant odor.
