"We arrived Casa Bella after a less than stellar ride from the airport with a recommended driver from the owner. His driving was a bit erratic and fast. We were relieved to have made it! We were met by the property manager Francini who was reaching out to the community manager because the neighbors were having a very loud karaoke party by their pool. It wasn’t the serene arrival that we had expected and it went on throughout the evening. Our rental information had said parties were not allowed. ...

"We wanted to take our family on a beach vacation and this villa was a perfect fit. The layout was lovely with everyone feeling like they had their own private space to relax yet several common gathering areas to enjoy as a family group. The villa was very clean and the fact that we could walk right out to the beach was amazing. It quickly became a family routine to walk out to watch the sunset each evening. "Very nice house and pool, panoramic view. Access road is steep, narrow with loose material, it was fortunate we had a four wheel drive vehicle, a 2 wheel drive car would have difficulty. I do not know how access would be in the case of rain. Our visit was spoilt by work on the neighboring lot, an excavator with a hydraulic hammer was used to break rock and the constant hammering made staying in the house during the working day (5 days, 8.30 to 5.30) most unpleasant, we found it necessary to go...

"In general, Casa Coco was a beautifully designed space with spacious rooms that accommodated our family. There were a few issues that I would like to address. In the master bedroom’s bathroom,there was no toilet paper holder and the toilet room always had a very intense ,unpleasant odor. In the kitchen, the stove surfaces were very grungy, and we had a lot of difficulty turning on the oven. Lastly, the Jacuzzi never worked properly. "I love my stay at catalonia , and will be back soon in their punta cana location and santo domingo location. Needless to say the hotel is stunning , and very well kept . Super clean, Ana sanchez was amazing and would help up everyday in cleaning our room and making sure we were okay. I hope to see her again in my next stay. The staff is extremely sweet , and overall super accommodating. The food is great , there’s 2 restaurants in the hotel which i both loved. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet and their coffee shop. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! "
