"We had a great experience at Relais Pian D'ercole. They were professional, accomodative, and made our short stay very memorable. We had a late check - in and forgot our converters. Rebecca was kind enough to check us in and lend us two of her adapters. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
