"The TV was brand new and hadn't been set up after attempting our selves and got no where the front desk lady (at the end of her shift) came and tried with no success. They moved us to a different room and voila happy kids. Thank you for being so accommodating with everything. Super nice , friendly staff 😀 couldn't ask for a better home away from home even if only for 1 night"

"The staff were very helpful. They fixed a problem with the treadmill & the bathroom light asap. The room was excellent for accommodating my husband who has cardiac issues. It had a couch where he could relax & was on the first floor. "

"After having major issues with the reservation I booked at The Hampton Inn West Monroe, I decided to try the Monroe one instead...and I was happy I did! Levi was awesome at check-in and very efficient in helping me address the problem I had at the West Monroe location in regard to rude staff. Levi definitely changed my prior negative opinion to a positive one at his location. I enjoyed my stay and was able to talk to the manager at checkout...shecwas extremely kind as well. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. "
