"After having major issues with the reservation I booked at The Hampton Inn West Monroe, I decided to try the Monroe one instead...and I was happy I did! Levi was awesome at check-in and very efficient in helping me address the problem I had at the West Monroe location in regard to rude staff. "Arrived , temp. was 91 degrees. Lobby doors were open, No AC in the lobby, just fans running. I asked for a handicapped room & 1st floor, they didn't have any handicapped rooms. They tried to stick me on the 2nd floor, I told them I wanted the 1st floor. They put me on the first floor, showed me a map of the property, where to park, enter the building.
