"I did not see any notification on Expedia that the property was under construction. Our room was finished and great but the lobby and dining were under construction. Knowledge of that would have been appreciated. Staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable."

"Th bed was very comfortable. The pillows were small & pretty flat. Now the shower had problems......the water was turned all the way hot and ended up only luke warm by the end of the shower. And the shampoo/ conditioner/body wash that was hangingnon the wall was extremely close tonthe showerhead & didnt leave hardly any room to turn around. Not a huge breakfast selection, but what was there was good. Front desk staff was very nice & helpful. The sign for the pool.said pool & spa, but there...

"The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. "
