Lucy’s House Single Family Bungalow

Ive been working on the siding for this house so its easy to spot although not clearly marked with house numbers yet. Park in back off of the alley as that is most convienient and easy access to the door where you will come and go. No cleaning fees! The only time I would ask for compensation is if the home were left dirty and house rules not followed.

Clean little house near many points of interest in the Quad Cities. Easy to find. Comfy beds and living space. Full cooking facilities. Washer/dryer for extended stays. Security cameras and well lit parking off street. Just blocks from the Mississippi River. Near the Rust Belt and “The Mark” Vibrant Center. Close to WIU Campus and an easy drive to Augustana’s campus. Great place to stay if you are in town for an overnight , weekend, or a wonderful place to have as a home away from home for longer stays. Security lighting so you will never feel like you are coming or going in the dark and nice neighbors all around. I also run exterior security cameras for added piece of mind. Just an all around good place to stay!

Very cozy home for a sweet casual game night after an event all day in Davenport. I loved the kitchen! Everything was set up perfect and had everything we needed. Overall the place was very welcoming!

Quaint little quiet house! Perfect place to stay.
This was the perfect little quiet house. The owner was great at communicating and providing all details needed for the perfect stay. All the amenities of home in this charming little house. I truly appreciated all the details that maintained the house to the original state of the time period. Will definitely stay here again!

Quick trip
I could only stay for one night and spent most of my time in the kitchen building a Star Wars themed wedding cake. Having a well stocked kitchen was such a blessing after driving 5.5 hours from the Lake of the Ozarks. I look forward to staying again and exploring the Quad Cities area when we visit family that lives in Davenport.

The home was in a good location and quiet neighborhood. It was close to the main thoroughfare running through Rock Island, Moline and East Moline. Good parking for several cars, nice seating areas outside, two ample sized bedrooms, adequate bathroom, nice kitchen with extras left in the refrigerator.

Incredibly clean and so quaint. The pictures don't do it justice. All the furniture was comfy, and little candy bars were laid out for us. The coffee was great too. A perfect place to relax while traveling.

STAY HERE! We loved Lucy's place. It is a very cute and comfortable home. Beds and pillows... A . Plenty of seating. Nice layout. Walkable to bars and food. Off-street parking. Host communicated great. Plus coffee and chocolates left for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Great 3 day stay
Had a great stay. This was a bicycling trip Lucy's was just a few blocks from the great river trail. Kitchen was well supplied, Grocery and downtown Moline were each a few miles away. Unit was nicely furnished. Lucy was a wonderful host. I would stay there again if /when I return to the area.

Floatzilla stay
We stayed for the weekend to participate in Floatzilla. The property was very clean and the owner was wonderful to work with. She even stopped by to see if we wanted to store our kayaks in the garage. I would definitely stay here again. And will try to rebook for next year if our group comes back for Floatzilla.

☆☆☆☆+ We (2 couples) came down for a show at the Rhythm City Casino and stayed at Lucy's. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of extra pillows in the closets! The kitchen is very nicely stocked in case you need anything! The living room was very comfortable. I loved all of the quilts and "primitive" wall art! I loved how the house was decorated - authentic but new. It truly was like staying at your grandma's cottage!

Late review
This review request is nearly a year past the actual stay. The house was clean and stylish. It was apparently still being renovated as there was construction material in the yard. We had not known that the air conditioning consisted of noisy window units, one of which stopped working. The parking was compromised, due to having to share with a neighbor. As is our routine, we left a personal note of issues for the owner - issues not to live forever on-line. Their response was quite rude. We were content not to review the property.
