"we arrived about an hour and a half before our concert. when we got in our room, the heat wasn’t working. We went down to the front desk and they put us in another room and It was dirty. We sat around for a few minutes while Elizabeth worked on a solution for us. The hotel was full due to the concert, but they did have a suite available which they put us in due to the issues with the two previous rooms. Parking area was a mess due to EMPTY construction pallets strewn about taking up the entire end parking and big chunk of end of building parking. Made it very difficult on a very cold wknd. "

"Got there at 2:18 P.M.Told that check in wasn't until 3 PM. So by time we checked in at 3 PM. There was a line of 15-20 people to check in. Suggest maybe just check them in, and tell people that you will check them in, but please allow until 3 pm since just finishing cleaning all the rooms. Only 1 check in person, and everyone was waiting and had a line for about 1 hour of people waiting to check in. Great value for a clean hotel, and you got free breakfast, coffee, free parking.
