"Canadians here. I've been in Tokyo many times, in many hotels, this by far has been my favourite mostly because the level of service and kindness from the staff is amazing. The rooms are big by Tokyo standards but could use some upgrades (although that would probably impact the affordability of it). "

"I recently spent four nights in a spacious, three-bed corner unit that proved incredibly affordable. The highlight was the sky spa on the top floor—so relaxing that I found myself soaking in it twice a day. Just steps from the hotel you’ll find both 7-Eleven and Lawson, plus a lively shopping district, endless dining options, and the local train station. Although it sits away from the busiest tourist spots, it still offers everything I wanted—at prices for food and shopping that beat central Tokyo—and a swift 30-minute train ride lands you at Tokyo Station. It’s a bit further from the airport, but for value, convenience, and a comfortable base to start your trip, this hotel can’t be beaten."
