"We stayed in a 2-bed room for 10 nights. You should expect the bathroom to be small, but it has everything we needed. The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"

However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. "The location is just a few walks away from Chikatetsu-Akatsuka Station (Yurakucho Line or Fukutoshin Line) and Shimo-Akatsuka Station (Tobu Tojo Line). There are many restaurants,convenience stores and supermarkets around the area. The quadruple room we stayed at is spacious enough for the four of us. It's nice that there's a toilet inside our room.Mr.Susumu and Boyo are very accommodating to the guests. We had fun during the karaoke night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse."
