It's a healthy walking distance from Kyoto station with light luggage and the the Nishiki Market area but far enough that it's quiet. Front desk staff was nice. "Very close to train stations. Was more than enough room for us with a family with a 1 and 4 year old. Especially like having the washer/dryer in the room and ability to cook. Nespresso machine was nice to have as well. Staff are all very friendly and professional - very kind to our kids. The noise from the street outside can be heard at times, but it didn't disrupt our sleep at all. We would stay again. "
