"Hitel Mousai is a beautiful property. We've been wanting to stay at Garza for 8 years but never had the chance. Our Hotel Mousai trip was to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Staff was amazing, the resort was gorgeous, i think we were most disappointed in the fact that its no longer a jungle feel to it as they are taking down trees and plants to build more towers to expand so its no longer 'natures preserve'. The lady that met with us before getting the key to our room was trying to get us to do a timeshare presentation and when we turned her down, her attitude changed and she started giving us false information. That wasnt very cool but whatever, we ate, drank and had a really great time. "

"The property was wonderful and very well maintained. Only issue was this is adult only resort but the Riu parties were held at neighboring resorts that were families. Tried to go to the Neon Party there were so many small children that we ended up leaving and going back to resort."
