"Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. "This was an excellent stay! I loved that i got a feel for living in a japanese apartment. The communication was incredible and was able to have my luggage forwarded from Nagoya. The only thing to consider is how much walking you'll do in comparison to other stays weve had. It was a great quiet residential location that had a 10 minute walk to the nearest train or bus stations so consider that. "

"if you don't mind walking a few minutes from Tamachi station, this apartment style hotel is way more spacious than any business hotel. It's new, clean with full amenities, very convenient. The only issue with these hotels is that you have to check out at 10am and take your luggage to your next destination (or storage)"

"This property is a very good stay! Although sucks that they didn't have a toaster, but fine. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else here, bed is very comfortable. I barely saw any reviews for this place, so I'm here to say that this is a great stay. Laundromat is around the corner, Coco ichiban is a 3 minute walk, KFC, Matsuya, and lots of Combinis.
