"Person manning the front desk was nice, but it wasn't manned half the time and check in instructions were a little unclear. The people at the restaurant were rude though and they stayed up late being loud (even though they told us they closed at 8pm)."

"The wifi did not work, there were ants in the kitchen, and the room was either always too hot or cold. It was very uncomfortable, but luckily you don't spend your day there when there's so much to do."
