A wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, happy to help with all of our questions, and easily set up off-site activities (ziplining, rafting) and transportation to La Fortuna for dinner/shopping."

We were pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated room as we were there celebrating our honeymoon and my husband's birthday. "Beautiful property and awesome views. Lots of wildlife on the resort- coati, hummingbirds, crested guan, among others. Offered private reserve and night tours on property. Convenient to national park. Restaurant had good food. Large rooms, modern and comfortable"

"Last night, I stayed in an absolutely horrible hotel. It was beyond filthy, completely run-down, and it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. The sheets were questionable, the bathroom was a complete disaster, and there was a strange, unpleasant smell lingering in the air. The walls were stained, the furniture was falling apart, and the whole place had a creepy, uncomfortable vibe. It honestly felt like no one had stayed there in years. But the worst part? The room was full of spiders! They were on the walls, in the corners of the ceiling, and I even spotted a couple on the bed! I didn’t know whether to sleep or stay up all night on guard to make sure none of them crawled on me. Honestly, in my entire life, I’ve never seen such a disgusting, run-down, and insect-infested place. It was a complete nightmare!"
