"Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation. "

"Where do i begin, first day found a roach in the fridge and it went downhill from there there was so many roaches everywhere they had someone come move the fridge and spray that made them angry i guess one literally hitched a ride home with me, the place is not the cleanest the pool and hot tub were disgusting, fair warning they do not do anything for you they claimed they take the roach thing seriously and i have not heard a thing back from them since first contact it was a horrible stay...

"Beautiful unit. Very clean. Easy to follow instructions on how to check in/out. Quick response, had an issue with the fire alarm and it was resolved within minutes. I am already looking forward to my next Disney trip and will definitely book with them again! Thank you! "
