"I needed a convenient place to stay while visiting family in Longwood, and this rental was perfect. Tucked away from the main road in a quiet neighborhood, the house was easy to find and check-in was effortless. The efficient space was well-appointed with all I needed for a cozy spot to sleep, have breakfast, and wash a small load of laundry before setting out to spend my day with family. I will be back."

"This place was good for a two night pre cruise stay. Half of what you would pay staying at a hotel. A rental car is a must have for going anywhere. We just slept and showered here as we were out all day and brought takeout back. They provided a nice bottle of wine. I was disappointed that the bedding was not the nice white bedding pictured and was burgundy instead. A decent place to stay short term if you want to save on accommodations . "

"Amazing property. Comfortable beds, plenty of linen, beautiful pool, & great amenities. I loved the pool side bar area. We ate great food & relaxed in the pool. It has a waterfall & slide, which the kids loved. We did not have time to enjoy all of the amenities but they have a movie theater on site, there is an option for a private rental or you can watchvwhat is playing. "The Employees were courteous and the property is beautiful. We had a junior condo and it worked perfectly! The only negatives were the washer didn't work properly and the mattress wasn't super comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Summer Bay again, the next time we visit FL."

"We stayed in a villa and it was very clean, comfy and felt just like home. The only disadvantage is that it is about a mile away from the main pool and amenities so we did need to use our car to get around. Overall, Beautiful place and great for a family getaway! We really enjoyed sunset walk as they had lots of kids activities and plenty for the adults as well. We will stay again! "
